Why be a Senior Paid Media Executive (Retail Media) at Lookfantastic?
The Senior Paid Media Executive role in THG Beauty sits within the Retail Media structure. Within the Digital Activation function we work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design so execute brand-funded media campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, retail & eCommerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are external-facing LOOKFANTASTIC ambassadors & media experts.
As a Senior Paid Media Executive (Retail Media), you will:
- Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven paid media activity to drive brand growth
- Work collaboratively with our influencer team to commission best-in-class influencer assets for media repurposing
- Develop and pitch multi-platform digital media plans to drive brand partner growth
- Be responsible for mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
- Support in securing incremental media investment with new brand partners, through effective pitching and communication
- Look a social-first creative ad copy creation working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners
- Be responsible for continuous optimisation of campaigns to agreed ROI targets
- Work collaboratively with wider marketing teams to ensure media is delivered impactfully
- Have a vested interest in learning & development across key media platforms to remain specialist, deliver innovative media strategy, and optimum mix-media activations for our partners
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- 2+ years experienced paid media / digital marketing professional
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- A highly presentable brand ambassador
- META Business Manager / TikTok Ads Manager competent
- Passion for the beauty & retail media industry
